How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your PrepLoop account at any time directly from the mobile app. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the PrepLoop app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Manage Account section.
  4. Tap on Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your decision in the alert that appears.

What Happens to Your Data?

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted:

  • Your personal profile information will be removed from our servers.
  • Your practice history, analytics, and progress will be permanently deleted.
  • You will lose access to any premium or personalized features associated with your account.

Manual Deletion Requests

If you encounter any issues deleting your account through the app, or if you prefer to have us handle the deletion manually, please contact us at tabrejshamsalam@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
